CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Lash by Xu Studio, we understand that unforeseen events can happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule, accommodate other clients, and notify our service provider. No-Show Policy We reserve the right to charge a $30 no-show fee to the credit card on file for any client who does not show up for their scheduled appointment. After two (2) no-shows, future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable. Late Arrival Policy If you are running late for your appointment, please call us to let us know. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you are not coming and may release the appointment to another client. We also reserve the right to apply the no-show policy. Please keep in mind that we will always do our best to accommodate your session, and we appreciate your understanding when unexpected changes occur.
